Khaled Bouzgarrou

Coah Khaled Bouzgarrou is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in coaching, teaching, and promoting swimming and aquatic sports in the MENA region. Currently serving as the Head Coach of Fusion Aquatics in the Kingdom of Bahrain, he began his coaching career in North Africa at the Swimming Club of Monastir in Tunisia in 1996. He, then, rejoined the Monastir club as the Head Coach in 2010. He also worked as a national swim coach in Tunisia from 2012 to 2021. He was appointed as a member of the national technical commission of the Tunisian Swimming Federation since 2012 and a member of the Olympic Committee for water sports and beach games since 2017. He is a graduate of Sport and Physical Education at the Higher Institute of Sport and Physical Education in Ksar Said Tunis (B.A) with a major in Swimming. He was responsible for developing and refining training programs tailored to the unique needs of the Baccalaureate exam and has been a trainer of trainers with the Tunisian Swimming Federation as of 2010. He has played a pivotal role in nurturing athletes who have achieved success at Arab, African, and Mediterranean levels, with his swimmers consistently achieving medal-winning performances, such as Roua Fraj, Bilal Attig, Adam Bouchareb, and Taki Mrabet.
